mindfulness meditation
MEDITATION SESSIONS
Mindfulness meditation refreshes the mind and body, supports concentrative skills and the cultivation of insight. Formal mindfulness practice encourages moment-to-moment kind attention to the awareness of direct experience, including body sensations, thoughts or feelings. With regular practice, this skillfulness naturally enhances the quality of daily life.
Mindfulness practice is associated with positive health outcomes, particularly in relation to chronic illness, as well as the cumulative stress of everyday life.
