Amidst the dynamic bustling Mt Airy Village neighborhood, Springboard Studio offers a welcoming restful space for yoga, meditation, art therapy and private counseling services. Our wonderful yoga teachers provide a dozen fee-based classes Monday through Saturday for people of all ages and abilities. These are complemented by fourteen silent meditation periods throughout the week that are open to the public and sponsored by the not-for profit Springboard Meditation Sangha. In addition, we offer wellness and support programs for persons diagnosed with cancer; organize community programming of special interest; host the occasional art exhibit, and post window poems for our Walking Poetry Project.
